Cancellation Policy
I require at least 48 hours of notice, for any appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If you are less than 48 hrs of notice, you will be required to pay 75% of your scheduled service price. If any no call / no show appointments occur, you will be required to pay that same 75% fee.
I give a 10 mins grace period for schedule appointment times so that I don’t run into the next guests alloyed time. 15 minutes or later will require you needing to reschedule, and will be accounted as a no show, which will result in the 75% no show fee.
